A 24 DE SEPTIEMBRE 2025.<\/p>\n<p>A LOS PUEBLOS DE M\u00c9XICO Y DEL MUNDO<br \/>\nA LOS COMPA\u00d1EROS Y COMPA\u00d1ERAS DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL IND\u00cdGENA<br \/>\nA LA SOCIEDAD CIVIL NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL<br \/>\nA LA SEXTA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL<br \/>\nA LAS ORGANIZACIONES DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS<br \/>\nA LOS MEDIOS DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N ALTERNATIVOS<br \/>\nA LA PRENSA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL<\/p>\n<p>DENUNCIA:<\/p>\n<p>DENUNCIAMOS EN\u00c9RGICAMENTE EL ATAQUE, HOSTIGAMIENTO Y MANIPULACI\u00d3N, QUE HACEN LOS TRES NIVELES DEL MAL GOBIERNO HACIA LOS PUEBLOS BASES DE APOYO ZAPATISTAS POR EL ASUNTO DE LA TIERRA RECUPERADA.<\/p>\n<p>MENCIONAMOS LOS SIGUIENTES HECHOS:<\/p>\n<p>PRIMERO:  LOS D\u00cdAS 22 DE ABRIL, 12 DE  MAYO, 12 DE JULIO Y EL 29 DE AGOSTO  LLEGARON 30 PERSONAS  PERTENECIENTES AL MUNICIPIO DE HUIXT\u00c1N ENCABEZADO POR EMILIO BOLOM \u00c1LVAREZ, MIGUEL BOLOM PAL\u00c9 , MIGUEL V\u00c1ZQUEZ S\u00c1NTIZ Y DAVID SEFERINO G\u00d3MEZ RESGUARDADOS CON EL EJERCITO FEDERAL Y POLIC\u00cdA MUNICIPAL DE OCOSINGO AL POBLADO BEL\u00c9N  DE LA REGI\u00d3N CAMPESINA DEL CARACOL 8 DOLORES HIDALGO DONDE EST\u00c1N VIVIENDO NUESTROS COMPA\u00d1EROS BASES DE APOYO ZAPATISTAS ENCARGADOS DEL TRABAJO COLECTIVO DE LA REGI\u00d3N Y DE TRABAJOS DE MILPA COM\u00daN CON  NUESTROS HERMANOS NO ZAPATISTAS. ESTE PREDIO FUE RECUPERADO DESDE 1994.<\/p>\n<p>TRATAMOS DE DIALOGAR CON ELLOS PERO CLARAMENTE NOS DIJERON QUE LA TIERRA YA SE LAS ENTREG\u00d3 EL GOBIERNO Y QUE CUENTAN CON LOS DOCUMENTOS LEGALES.<\/p>\n<p>EN ESTAS FECHAS AMENAZARON Y HOSTIGARON A NUESTROS COMPA\u00d1EROS DICI\u00c9NDOLES QUE SE SALGAN DE LAS TIERRAS POR LAS BUENAS O POR LAS MALAS, TRATARON DE MANIPULAR DICIENDO QUE SI SE PON\u00cdAN DE ACUERDO CON NUESTROS COMPA\u00d1EROS LOS IBAN A RESPETAR. DESTRUYERON NUESTROS LETREROS Y MIDIERON LA TIERRA.<\/p>\n<p>ANTE ESAS AMENAZAS Y POR ACUERDO DE LA ASAMBLEA DE COLECTIVOS DE GOBIERNOS AUT\u00d3NOMOS ZAPATISTAS, (ACGAZ) ACORDAMOS QUE HAY QUE RETIRARSE PORQUE HAY QUE PLANEAR PARA DEFENDERSE.<\/p>\n<p>SEGUNDO: EL 18, 20 Y 22 DE SEPTIEMBRE SE POSICIONARON 15 PERSONAS EN EL PREDIO. EL 20 DE SEPTIEMBRE NUEVAMENTE LLEGAN 2 CAMIONETAS DEL EJ\u00c9RCITO FEDERAL, 3 CAMIONETAS DE LA POLIC\u00cdA MUNICIPAL DE OCOSINGO Y 4 CAMIONETAS DE LA FISCAL\u00cdA GENERAL DEL ESTADO. DESTRUYERON Y QUEMARON LAS CASAS DE LOS ENCARGADOS BASES DE APOYO ZAPATISTAS, ROBARON ELOTES Y LOS QUE SE QUEDARON SIGUEN ROBANDO. NUEVAMENTE TRATAMOS DE DIALOGAR, PERO NUNCA ENTENDIERON QUE PORQUE EL MAL GOBIERNO FORMALMENTE YA LES ENTREG\u00d3 LA TIERRA.<\/p>\n<p>TERCERO:NO MENTIMOS AL PUEBLO DE M\u00c9XICO Y AL MUNDO QUE ESAS TIERRAS YA FUERON PAGADAS POR EL MAL GOBIERNO DESDE 1996 CUANDO VIV\u00cdA MANUEL CAMACHO SOL\u00cdS. AQU\u00cd EST\u00c1 CLARO QUE ES UN PLAN DE LOS TRES NIVELES DE LOS MALOS GOBIERNOS PORQUE YA FUE PAGADA Y POR QU\u00c9 AHORA VUELVE A ENTREGAR LA TIERRA LA QUE YA EST\u00c1 PAGADA. LO QUE BUSCA AQU\u00cd LA CUARTA TRANSFORMACI\u00d3N ES EL CHOQUE, EL ENFRENTAMIENTO Y LA GUERRA.<\/p>\n<p>NUESTRO INTENTO DE B\u00daSQUEDA DEL DIALOGO FUE EN VANO. MUCHAS VECES HEMOS DICHO QUE NO QUEREMOS LA GUERRA, LO QUE QUEREMOS ES LA VIDA EN COM\u00daN, PERO NOS EST\u00c1N OBLIGANDO A DEFENDERNOS.<\/p>\n<p>LA CUARTA TRANSFORMACI\u00d3N EST\u00c1 CLARO QUE EST\u00c1 AL LADO DE LOS TERRATENIENTES Y EMPRESARIOS NACIONALES Y TRANSNACIONALES, ESA ES LA VERDADERA CUARTA. NADA ES PARA LOS PUEBLOS POBRES DE M\u00c9XICO.<\/p>\n<p>  \u00c9STO ES LO QUE EST\u00c1 PASANDO COMO SI FUERA QUE AQU\u00cd EN EL PUEBLO DE M\u00c9XICO HAY CERO IMPUNIDAD, COMO SI FUERA QUE EN M\u00c9XICO EL MAL GOBIERNO NO EST\u00c1N COLUDIDOS CON EL CRIMEN ORGANIZADO, COMO SI FUERA QUE AQU\u00cd EL MAL SISTEMA NO CONOCE LA GUERRA DEL CRIMEN ORGANIZADO, COMO SI FUERA QUE AQU\u00cd EN  M\u00c9XICO NO HAY VARIAS CHISPITAS QUE PUEDEN PRENDER UN FUEGO.<\/p>\n<p>  EN PODER DE DERECHOS HUMANOS EST\u00c1N LAS FOTOS Y VIDEOS QUE DEMUESTRAN QUE ES VERDAD LO QUE AHORA DENUNCIAMOS.<\/p>\n<p>COMPA\u00d1ERAS Y COMPA\u00d1EROS DE M\u00c9XICO Y DEL MUNDO:<\/p>\n<p> CU\u00cdDENSE. QUIZ\u00c1S TODAV\u00cdA NOS VEAMOS O YA NO. PUEDE SER QUE LA \u00daLTIMA VEZ QUE NOS VIMOS FUE EN ESTE ULTIMO ENCUENTRO. ESTAREMOS PENDIENTES Y EN CONTACTO Y LOS MANTENDREMOS INFORMADOS.
